When you’re finished monitoring or configuring your battery system, it is recommended to disconnect the device properly using the Battery Buddy app.
This ensures communication is safely terminated and prevents potential logging issues.
How to Safely Disconnect from a Device
Follow the steps below to disconnect a device in the Battery Buddy mobile app:
- Open the Options Menu
Tap on the three-dot menu icon (⋮) in the top-right corner of the app.
- Tap on “Disconnect Device”
Select the Disconnect Device option from the menu. A confirmation prompt will appear.
- Confirm Disconnection
Tap Disconnect to safely terminate communication with the device.
The status on the home screen will update to Disconnected.
