Reset Your Password

If you forget your password, Vec-TR provides a simple way to reset it. Follow the steps below:

Step 1: Go to Login Page

  • Open the Vec-TR platform and go to the Login page.
  • Below the password field, click on Forgot password?
Click on “Forgot password?” from the login page

Step 2: Enter Your Registered Email

  • You’ll be redirected to the Forgot Password page.
  • Enter your registered email address and click Send link.

Step 3: Link Sent Confirmation

  • A confirmation message will appear: Link sent successfully.
  • Check your email inbox for the password reset email.

Step 4: Open the Password Reset Email

  • In your inbox, look for an email from Team Vec-TR.
  • Click the Reset Password button in the email.
  • Alternatively, you can copy and paste the provided URL into your browser.
Open the email and click Reset Password to proceed

Step 5: Set a New Password

  • You will be redirected to the Reset Password page.
  • Enter your new password and confirm it by typing again.
  • Click Reset password.

Step 6: Password Successfully Changed

  • A success message will appear: Password successfully created.
  • Click Continue to log in and use your new password to sign in.

You have now reset your password and can access Vec-TR again.
